Hollywood Chu

Hollywood Chu is a 2001 15.2hh Red Dun AQHA Mare by Sonny Main Sail, out of a Chunky's Monkey mare. Her calm, quiet disposition as well as impressive stature and conformation makes her the ideal broodmare for a Western Dressage breeding program. Her maternal grandsire, Chunky's Monkey, was an acomplished cutting horse, having won the National Cutting Horse Association's 1974 Cutting Derby, ridden by the legendary Matlock Rose.

Her pedigree hosts a number of great performance horses, including the National Reining Horse Association Hall of Fame stallions Hollywood Jac 86, Great Pine, Topsail Cody ($1 million dollar sire) , and Joe Cody.

Additionally, her pedigree includes the National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Fame stallions Doc O'lena and Peppy San.

Overall, Hollywood Chu's quality is obvious to any who's presence she graces. She passes on her stunning conformation and calm, trainable mind to all her foals.

She is bred to VA Jason for spring of 2019. This will be their second foal together, with their first being ''ATS A Hollywood Crime'', who is listed under our 2017 foals.

''Honey'' is an incredibly broad, strong mare, with a good heart and a kind eye. She is a granddaughter of the iconic $26 million dollar sire Peptoboonsmall, who still stands at stud today for $20,000.00/breeding.

We are so excited to see what she produces, and she is bred to our stallion VA Jason for spring of 2019.
